Prices displayed on the Site are starting rates and are indicative only; final pricing depends on the specific jurisdiction, business activity, visa quota and any applicable promotions and will be confirmed during your consultation.

2. Consultations and Bookings

Free consultations booked through the Site are provided for informational purposes and do not, by themselves, constitute a binding service agreement. A formal engagement begins once you accept a written quotation or proposal from DEAZ and, where applicable, make the required payment.

3. Payments

Where a deposit or fee is payable, payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Please also see our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate, complete and truthful information and documentation required for your application or engagement
• Responding to requests for documents or clarification in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable UAE laws and regulations relevant to your business activity

Delays or issues caused by inaccurate information, incomplete documentation, or delayed responses from the client, or by third parties such as government authorities and banks, are outside DEAZ's control and may affect timelines.

5. No Guarantee of Approval

While DEAZ uses its expertise to prepare and submit applications correctly, final approval of licenses, visas, bank accounts, or other government or institutional processes rests solely with the relevant authority or institution. DEAZ does not guarantee approval outcomes or specific timelines.

6. Careers and Job Applications

Submitting an application through our Careers page does not guarantee an interview, offer, or employment. Information submitted will be used solely for recruitment purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and design, is the property of DEAZ International FZ LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEAZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, or from delays, refusals, or actions of third parties including government authorities and banks.
